Texture was one of our highest priorities during product development.

Many protein bars become firm or chewy because of the ingredients needed to achieve a long shelf life or particular nutritional targets.

We wanted something different.

Our Protein Truffles are designed to have a balanced texture that's closer to a premium truffle snack than a traditional protein bar.

Achieving that balance required extensive recipe development and careful ingredient selection, resulting in a snack that's enjoyable to eat without being overly dry or overly dense.
